This is the tentative schedule for the

WINNEBAGO AREA MODEL CLASSIC.

As with all things in life, this schedule is subject to change.

CONTEST HOURS

The Hall doors will open promptly at 10:00 am

Show will run through 4:30pm

General Admission will be $5 per person for Swap Meet 16 and under will be free to enter.

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION HOURS 10:00am-12:00pm

All modelers placing a model on a table must stop by our registration table and sign in, collect model show cards, and pay the $15 Entry Fee. Those also registering for the Challenge Class will need to pay an additional $5 for a chance at cash prizes!

PARTICIPANT JUDGING

PARTICIPANTS will select their top 7 from 12:15pm - 2:00pm

Participants will have all morning to look at models but at 12:15pm we will have modelers begin to select their top 7.

Participants will turn the ballot in to be counted. Top 7 models may come from any Adult Category. All Ballots will be due by 2:00 pm.

Raffle Table

Raffle will run from 10:00 am until 3:30 pm

AWARDS

AWARDS will begin as close to 3:45 pm as possible.

Participants will Gather for the recognition of Junior Modelers and the TOP 7. We will also announce the winners of the HTUSA Contest qualifiers and the Challenge Class Winner. We will also need photos of Best of show plus paperwork filled out for the HobbyTown USA national Contest.
